Q. Do you take reservations by phone?
A. We are unable to accept reservations by phone. A reservation can be made through our web page with the online reservationor alternatively by fax or by mail. A completed reservation form setting out your requirements eliminates any errors.
Q. How far is the Airport from Drakes?
A. Perth Domestic Terminal: 12km / Perth International Terminal 16km
Q. Our flight arrives at midnight/early hours of the morning. Will you still pick us up at the airport?
A. If you are having a car for the duration of your stay we provide airport collection 24 hours a day at no extra cost. 24 hour check in service.
Q. What types of apartments do you provide?
A. We provide One, Two and Three Bedroom fully equipped apartments catering from one to six people per apartment.
Q. Where are your apartments?
A. Our apartments are located in South Perth close to the Swan River foreshore only minutes from the CBD.
Q. How far are your apartments from Curtin University?
A. Our apartments are approx 3kms from the University
Q. Do you provide ('baby care equipment') ie, car seat, high chairs, cots
A. No we do not provide baby care equipment.
Q. Is a deposit required?
A. A deposit of $150.00 is required in order for us to reserve an apartment and confirm your reservation. This may be paid by a credit card through our Reservation Form included in our web page (secure server).
Q. What type of cars do you have?
A. Our cars are all Toyotas. Corolla, Camry and Targo. All vehicles are automatic and air conditioned.
Q. Can you accommodate large groups?
A. Yes we can comfortably accommodate up to 300 people at any one time.
Q. Can we pay more to reduce the car excess?

Q. Can we have a late check out/early check in?
